Together with his wife, he has continued his focus on supporting churches and Christian ministries through consultation with pastors and Christian organizations, providing psychological support to those in domestic and international ministry, and traveling internationally to lead and teach at workshops and retreats. He has a particular interest in the Christian spiritual resources that help us to be resilient in times of trauma, grief, conflict, shame, and guilt. Charlie co-authored and co-edited Trauma & Resilience: Effectively Supporting Those Who Serve God.
